I have a 2019 Opel grandland x 1.6 turbo. Ever since i got this car 3 months ago i have seen Energy Saving Mode activated when starting up the car. Yesterday for the first time when starting the car the energy saving mode message did not appear, all the guages did a needle sweep and a message Oil Level OK was displayed. I have not been able to get this to happen again. Does anyone know whats going on here? Is this a faulty battery or a software bug perhaps? I want the needle sweep and the oil level check back...
Resolved: its a bug. if the car is switched off with the child lock button engaged, on next start up it activates energy saving mode and skips the needle sweep and oil check. Anyone know how to log this with opel software team?
