On the inside of the projector there's a metal dome, the bulb touches this metal thing...did you have this?

I can't say I do have that problem. Maybe the bulbs that you have are longer than normal..

sounds like you have the wrong bulb.

are you saying the headlight itself has the metal dome?

Dang forgot about this, yea there's a shield of sorts inside the light that the h1 bulb hits like a cervix, had to move the hid bulbs over to brights

And yes the hid h1s are longer than the normal ones, difficult to take a pic because its a really small hole so it whites out
