| Post subject: | Window rubber - weather strips/guards/trimmings |
Hi Guys LONG TIME NO SEE I need a bit of help, i have this window rubber thats dried out - and its all twisted and looks very ugly all at the bottom of the window.. so it doesnt look very nice. My question is can i use something to soften it and make it look good again? I asked around a couple of hardware stores and car places but ppl have these blank expressions and then say the first thing they can possibly think of.. should i take it off and maybe soak it in warm water a bit? can i use something like Black on Black (think its a moisturizer for trimmings and mouldings)? any help would be good. or shoudl i just get another one without going through this hassle |
