Honestly speaking, i doubt it will make much of a diff if you connect the RCA's to your 4CH first and then to your Mono....

You should try and test it for your self, connect it first to the 4ch amp and then to the mono, listen to a a heavy bass song....

then Connect it the other way around and hear it... all AMPS are different so you will most prob have to see and hear for your self which method works for your setup

i would rather get a bigger/better battery instead of a cap. when i got a better battery i ended up disconnecting my cap as it was not needed.

i would actually say its a must to get a better battery.

if you not shy to spend some cash for the system to play properly go to soundmatch and check out kinetik batteries. they may physically look small but make a world of a difference to your system. or if you can find one look for an Optima battery. i have read on sound system forums the gel batteries are better suited for sound systems. they crank better when low powered as opposed to most dry cell batteries... in other words when your battery is going down it will still start up easier than a dry cell.

A CAP is good, makes your system more stable, but yes, a stronger battery will be much better but more expensive

Caps only hold charge. Your battery is still the thing powering it. So better battery would be best route.
