After three weeks I’m finally done redoing the Astra’s interior in black. It took me that long because I did it piece by piece and only when I had some free time. Some days I was driving without some interior bits allowing it dry such as the sun visors. Kalu also helped with some super advice, Thanks buddy. :duim:

Materials -Headliner material (Black) from Kehl’s R45 x 3m = R 135, Alcolin Spray Adhesive from Kehl’s R100 x 2 = R200, Rust-Oleum vinyl spray paint (Black) from Mark’s Paint= R100, Spray Mate Plastic Primer from Bright’s Hardware = R 80, Spray Mate Matt Black from Bright’s hardware = R45
Total R560 and lots of patience

Just added some smaller pics. Thanks, Im sure you have lots of patience. You then do the interior lighting and took out your dashboard and stuff. That is something few can do.

Wez, its a DIY joby thats why I listed the materials and prices. At Kehl's you can get or order any material you like. They can even get suede or alcantara if you like that sort of thing, but it cost $$$

Sorry Lupini I havent tried that yet. That might be specialised upholstery work, but im gonna read up on that.

Yeah maybe. I just feel impatient sometimes.. Thanks for adding the list.. 3 weeks and R560 is definately worth the end product..
