Howzit guys and girls.Has anyone had their roof linings re-upholstered or have done it themselves?I want to give the Corsa a nice revamp in the interior and am going with black and subtle bits of yellow..hahaha.
Question is,where can I buy the proper/quality materials? And also is there some sort of spray on adhesive I can use to make the process easier?
Thanks in advance. :winkithumbs:

You get canned contact adhesive from most hardware or building stores like build it.Its around R60 - R80
For the fabric itself you will have to go from store to store to find the quality material you need
i redid my cars back speaker board.just spray on both parts and let dry and then stick them together
i want to do my interior as well.Still deciding on the look.

I think you can buy colors of tubing like red, yellow and stuff. I had mine made black with red tubing/lines.

Quick question: how do you get the board out of the car?j My Coupe's lining is starting to sag and I can't for the life of me figure out how I could get the thing out to work on it.

Can you remember where you got the material from?

You have to start by stripping out the sun visors, interior light and your door pillar plastics, then usually the roof lining is secured with some clips,so a good pull on them usually works, otherwise you will meed a spreader if you don't want to damage the clips.
