just made a booking for saturday for him to replace my gaskets and seals ....will wait to see what the workmanship is like and then give u ouens a heads up if he is any good ...i hope he is tho

guys this guy is good and his workmanship is really bef.... as well ..changed my sump and tappet cover gaskets, oil filter and oil change all for R660.00 and i can tell u without any hold ups that i dont have any more oil leaks ....and he is a former reeds outjie so all GM cars he can work on and his brother (and co-owner) is a former toyota and honda mechie ,also he's main mechie worked for jeep/land rover so he knows his way around v6 and v8's (daasit nou ebie) .....i must say i'm very impressed ....i 1st thought he was a bit pricey but 4 what he did ...i dont think so .....my sump was buckled on 2 sides and had a small crack ....he fixed all of that up 4 me

Thanks for the recommendation guys. I've been battling to find a decent mechanic/garage for ages!

he has his own place so if the cabbie needs 2 stay overnight then its cool 2 ..very good workmanship just needs 2 jackup his receptionists

Sent my Cub into him to sort out some minor issues, turned out quiet a bit needed to be done (new plug leads, new tappet gasket, rear wheel bearings, new front disk and pads). His workmanship is amazing, car came back to me running very sweet, he even went to the trouble of cleaning the car inside and out. Not many workshops/mechies have this much attention to detail and i am one very satisfied customer

*edit* it was worth the 30km drive from the southern suburbs to his workshop
