Hi MR Lupi We work on all Opel's model 2000 up We mostly do Corsa OPC"s and ive done a few Astra OPC's . Gains are very good you looking at around 35kw increase and 80nm but all depends on current mods and condition of the motor itself , NO car will have the same gains as every map is differently tuned in all aspects of the customers request .

Mr Turbo has a Dyno selling at R150k..... just saying.
Anyways, my question was simply whether the tuning takes place on a Dyno or whether it is a simple plug and play solution of maps developed for certain cars (road, race, track) and then being "flashed" to the ECU? I saw the word custom used, which implies that each car gets a unique set of parameters which in my opinion can only be fully optimised by doing it on a Dyno.

Hi guys
We do not have a dyno as it is not needed , we start each car off with a dyno tested base file and custom tune your cars specs .
No software company needs one because its a waist of money and time.
Remember this is not like a management system( gotech or dicktator) were you start from scratch as there is no ECU anymore , there for you need a dyno correct I have done that enough to knw . We use the same map that u have on the current ecu replace it with a standard dyno tested one witch is tuneable and tweak your setting into it. To set a unique set of parameters is more efficient if you do it while road tuning than on the dyno you can feel the car respond in all aspects . For Big Turbo builds we use the dyno as we can fine tune a bit better and the car is on the dyno the hole time because the tuning takes a while than driving up and down the hole day .
