Great stuff boss! anxious to see the end product

So guys , for those that know me will know that this is my 3rd spray job in the year of 2011 reason for this is ,i can never get the colour I want or the panel-beater just catches on crap or im to cheap

So after thinking about this for long i decided to stop being cheap and buy some proper decent products and get the car again resprayed.

So i bought me some SPIES HECKER PEARLBLAUFEIN paint was abit expensive but I only needed 2litres got the paint by lexus by someone but wont mentioned name here (coloured reasons)for 950 a pop but I only needed 2litres.

Uncle said I must get some decent 2k clear also and not that crap LUXONE.
So I went for GLAKER GREEN with some VOLLUX hardner and GLAKER Hardner .

The colour i chose is a mixture of purple/blue and base gold .

Right so the car took me 2days to prep luckily there was only one crap dent on the fender that we quickly sorted out .

we just used 1000 and 1200 water paper for prepping .

here are some pics below of the work in progress . car will be done tommorow and i stared on the car Saturday only car is virtually finished.

Just waiting on headlights to come back from MASTER WRAP.

I must say this is one unique colour and im very happy.

This is the before pics of the car as you can see body no problems besides for the off whites

And the prepping : Dam was t his hard work to take all the blink away and sorting out the dent ,cause the F-series got some crazy lines . :

And a sneak preview in the back ground you will see the car as you can see its base gold with loads of purple pearl and blue you gotta see it in person .

Guys once car is complete and everything’s is back on I will post the latest pics.
But for now car is baking inside and waiting on wrapmaster for the headlights to return

Ok got the headlights back yesterday from wrapmaster a pretty decent job I must say for R350 Dankie CRISSPY. Yaw they wrap complete cars there very intense.

yaa just still busy must still get it buff, but its really something crazy to look at , when its overcast then the car is white in the sun the purple comes clearly through.

but you will see it soon, just wonder if i must make the mags also in the pearl the Black and purple

Ok so finally got a day off and I decided to sand the car down now to get it ready for polishing, Im not sure if you guys can see but you will see the car is much darker then before and I have removed most of the stickers of the car as well.

After the laminex was fitted I noted my lights Dims wasn’t as strong , and Gave SVT a call to come install set of his HID Xenon kit 6000k and dam I must say it made a huge difference on t he road.

The car was sanded down with a 1000 and 1500 , will be polished tomorrow and deciding if I must make my grill black or the same colour as the car

Dankie pal but i got the complete pics with HID"s on and after the hand glaze , yes I will be making the grille black lol Im actaully driving with no grille on ..
