When I took the pressure plate off to change to the big spline clutch, I noticed the straps on the one side was completely gone. Fitted a temporary pressure plate and eventually finished at 4am this morning. Was too late to start the car. This morning started it up ready for work but the clutch doesn't seem to disengage. There's pressure on the diaphragm but the band is not disengaging.  Gonna try to leave work early today to sort it out and hopefully still make it to S2S.
