Yo so my project throttles is going slower than i thought ive made some progress but havent had the time to update so heres my progress so far... I had my head checked and its still solid and has a few mores skims, the head is perfect for the high comp motor due to it been skimmed a few times I got my msx managment which will be tuned by pantera  I had some spare time on my hands and decided to flush my bumper where the badge was...  And the end result  with my seat cupra lip    The motor is almost completely stripped, just waiting for parts and it will be sent to damien for the sub assembly to be built, at the end of the month head will be going in for porting and polishing  Throttles manifold should be done soon, just waiting for the welding to be done _________________ Current: 2007 Corsa Lite Daily Driven (c20xe Project Coming Soon)  Ex : 2005 Ford Fiesta ST (SOLD) Ex : 1997 2.0 16v Corsa B c20xe on ITB's (SOLD) Tuned by Pantera Racing 159 kwts 237 nm @ Dynotech. So i took half the day off today and bought some parts: -Motrex pistons 20 thou oversize -Malhe piston ring set -Elring head gasket set -FAI bottom gasket set -Msd plug leads -Autolite iridium spark plugs -Oil pump rebuild kit Finally sourced myself a pair of original 276 schrick cams sooooo stoked!!! Finally im making some progress... I finished my gearbox, changed the seals, replaced the release bearing cleaned it up and gave it a spray. Wanted to keep it silver but previous owner had it black so just perfected the job..  Cleaned up the oil sump and a few other parts and gave it a spray with a special silver coating  Oil cooler and got new poly bushes for torsion bars, lower control arms and rear mounting...  Branch  Ive basically have all my parts, picking up my astra coupe turbo injectors next week , crank and crank gear will be done tomorow it went in for hard chroming and a new key way to be cut. Yeah very professional ...im having doubts it will be done before then if it is ill just have a road tune done by pantera and then in the new year a full dyno tune.
