Do you have mapping software? Because injector scaling is pretty straight forward.

Okay, now this is EcuFlash for Subaru and Mitsubishi, but the idea is the same. What you want to do is open up the injector scaling and injector latency tables and modify those values.

Image

1. Injector Flow Constant is really obvious: that's the size (in cc) of your injectors.
2. Injector Latency is how long it takes from the moment they get voltage until they start to open. This is a bit harder to set correctly because you'd either have to test them yourself, or hope Google (or the box they came in) can tell you the values.

That's it. The ECU will take care of pulse widths and stuff.

If you want to play safe, pull a bit of timing first so you don't get any knock. Then when you're satisfied you've set it right, you can slowly start adding a bit of timing in again until it's back to what it was.

Thanks for the help it's running better. I have decided to ditch the dicktator and fit a spitronics system.

Pleasure. Don't throw out the diktator just yet though. It's doubtful whether Spitronics is going to be any better if you're going to give it the same values in the maps.

Since I did the rebuild I thought it would be better to change the management, what I love about the Spitronics is the support from the dealers is so much better. I am going to be running full sequential injection and it also has some nice protection features that can be used to shut down if temps get to high or if my waist gate fails to prevent over boost.

Lost some of the pics but here are some from the rebuild. Will add more as i find them :LaughOUTLoud:

Ja ne. Always go with the product with good local support. The 3rd world has its charms, but not being able to get parts and service when something goes wrong is not one of them.

Good news car is running and was at the dyno this week  there is however a bit of bad news but this was sorted yesterday.

Bad news first while the car was on the dyno one of the oil pipes sprang a leak 8O and there was a small hiccup with the water meth system. Due to this the car was only tuned to 0.7 bar but the results show that the management upgrade was indeed a good idea.

The pipe that had enough, both were replaced with new custom made ones.

Image

With the Dicktator I made 211wkw and 403nm on 1.4 bar.

At the moment with the Spitronics on 0.7 im sitting good at 188wkw and 320nm and the car is much more responsive.

Image

I got a pair of these to make her stand out a bit more
Image

Also added a new set of gauges to replace the analog style ones blue by day and red by night lol
Image

The car seemed to be loosing spark higher in the rev range so I changed the coil, was definitely a good investment as the misfire is gone now.

Image

And the last piece I need to add after she is all cleaned up :claugh:
Image

Job for today wash the car and tidy up the last of the wiring
Image

All Clean  Well Sort off
