Hi Guys,

A few of you know me from the other opel forum, but since it close down I miss it. So now I'm here ;D. I drive a opel corsa c utility with a X18XE1 swop, and has been turbocharged. So here it is:

Thanx guys!!

At the moment I'm running 0.7 Bar which is not much for this motor. Will be upping the boost to over a Bar on the new turbo setup.

I'm shooting more for reliability then out right power. While the engine is out I want to change the gearbox as well, cause it's running
175Km/h @ revlimiter. It is still the standard box which I think is a F17. Do any of you guys know what gearbox options I have, I do not know opel gearbox's very well? I've heard the 1.7 diesel gearbox will fit with minor mods. A guy told me a diesel and petrol has the same 1,2,3 gear except for gear No. 4 and 5 which is longer.

I don't know whether it's an easy fit, but the F23 found in the Coupe is a sweet box. Nice long gears, which is a lot of fun with a turbo.

Bit the bullet and got me a 1.7tdi gearbox. Got it for a steal so it's worth a shot.
