Post subject:  My MkV GTi DSG GT2860RS Build
Hi guys and girls, on my K03 setup the most power I ever made was 204 kW, mods : Software, 76mm Evolution Downpipe, Devils Own WMI, Forge DV,BSH PCV Fix. I then broke the engine :mrgreen: and decided that its a good time for a turbo upgrade aswell, wanted to go K04 but its so common these days :thumbdown: went a little bit bigger with a Garrett GT2860RS :twisted: ball bearing turbo as I still drive my car everyday.

Here is the list of parts for the repair and turbo upgrade :

We estimate around 270 kW.
Build started on Monday 19 March 2012, completion date hopefully May 2012.

Went to check progress on the build after work today, block came back today with the new sleeves installed, IE Conrods also came in today. Assembly of the motor will start tomorrow and by friday / saturday tuning will start. I also ordered Eibach lowering springs as I plan on fitting 19" wheels. Some pics I took today.

Will pm you when the cab is done then we can have a friendly run, you should know I dont realy like to race against Opels as I will always be a Opel man :respek:
