i miss my opels Thanks a million. We had to finish with 2012 to make a fresh start with the new year. Now i am thinking of another project! Not sure but hey i must admit it was fun especially DIY Conversion! though frustrating!

My uncle gave me his C20LET engine to install in my Ute. This TS motor it is still in Immaculate condition, I guess I will have to sell my Z18XE engine & F17 Gearbox so to Cover the costs for the C20LET. I can't wait!!!!!

Yesterday I made an offer to my grand Pa's Friend for his 2006 Club Corsa C Ute with a canopy or 2005 base white Ute C with canopy for 40K. He is considering, I was Thinking of getting another Ute for the LET project.

On my way to Damdoryn (Haartebeespoort) I hit a very Groot Pothole the front of the Ute Jumped and hit the ground, I was doing 160km. Stopped to check the damage. Front rim bent and the ball joints are damaged I think. Eish!

Yaw, Ute looks good man. Pity to hear about the little knock, hope its not too serious.
I think getting a second ute for the other motor. Would love to feel how your ute drives with the z18xe motor in when I am in Gauteng again.

Finally I checked the Ute and the rim is bent and the left control Arm is bent as for balljoint is Klaar. Now I have to get it fixed.

Eish!! This morning I starter the Ute and saw a white smoke I mean really smoke and when the engine warmed up it stops. Suddenly when coming from Joburg this afternoon the Police BMW 1 Series tried to pass me on the left side then I pressed down my foot, then when I checked the rear view that smoke again. Then I accelarated more until 210km/h that smoke is still coming out. When I got home checked oil level. Eish its drinking oil. Not now I never expected this this early or Should I say I never wanted to admit it really I knew it all along but eish I wanted to start my C Ute C20LET project first. I just wonder... what will the costs be because i wanted to slap the turbo in before this Z18XE. I didn't want to start anything on the engine until I collected all the coins! My Ma se blou Hond!!!!

I collected the Chev Corsa C/D Ute 2013 model Sports Seats from Hybrid! I also bought the new bearings, hubs, Brake dics, Brake Pads (front & rear) & balljoints and fitted them what a lekker Diy job. Tested the Ute now its braking has improved by 50%.!
