Starting my 2L 16V high comp N/A build Current Parts list: Sub assembly:2L 8V block 2L 8V crank (mild knife edge) Scat Steel H-Beam Conrods Arp 2000 conrod bolts Wossner Forged High comp pistons Arp main cap studs GM oil pump with SBD steel inner gear Aluminium sleeved cambelt rollers Custom cam belt roller setup Cometic MLS head gasket Arp Head studs Arp Flywheel bolts Cylinder HeadPorted GM head 1mm Oversize QED stainless steel valves Double valve springs Titanium Retainers Solid lifters Cat camshafts Kent cams adjustable cam gears IgnitionMSD 4 tower coil Pack MSD Leads Iridium Spark Plugs DrivetrainF20 short ratio with LSD TS driveshafts Custom Billet steel flywheel Quartermaster Tripple plate clutch machined into a twinplate Arp pressure plate bolts InductionCustom inlet manifold 45mm Throttle bodies 775cc Fuel injector clinic injectors Custom fuel rail Custom ram tubes ManagementMSX Updates to follow as i get further

But what's the reason for using 8 valve block?

As always Pantera pulls all the stops , smart buddy cant wait till its done man finally a car to rip the vvl and b30's a new one . keep us posted @pantera your f20 you using in this setup is it the same ratio as the one f20 you built for my car or will it be shorter ?

Isn't there a bit of difference to make 16valve head work on it?

The only difference between the blocks is the 16v has an oil restrictor built into the block with a non return valve, Im using solid lifters so i need less oil going to the head, so i have machined a bolt that screws into the block to restrict the oil flow
