Wiring and piping was messed on the car like nothing on the dash didnt even come on.
Lots of cut wiring and pipes there is still 2 thin pipes that was cut that my brother doesnt know where it must be connect to.
Car drives better but l very little niggles.
When we drove long distance and you give petrol steadily then it goes without a problem but when you give it voet in die hoek to overtake quickly it jerks and backfired once witch led us to believe the fuelling is altered or something.

so all the vacuum pipes was connected wrong, car didnt even idle fine. the vacum pipe that comes from ecu wasnt even at the right place.
car is now boosting 0.4/0.5 which is very low I guess?
u guess we should up the boost to 0.7 at the actuator?
Take in mind my brother that my brother connected it the way he found it.

so after connecting the pipes correctly last night it boosted 0.4 to 0.5
So after reseting the ecu it boosted to 0.7 then smoored again so I guess its like debeerd said its boosting to much so we'll set the boost down tonight and reset ecu again and se what happens.

Looks like its sorted now but we are gonna test it again after it cools down as the radiator pipe came off.
The spark plug gaps where too big so we set it to 0.6mm and kept the boost without jerking

Update
So the car was boosting fine but goes past 0.7 boost then comes back to 0.4/0.5 and no wheel spin not even in 2gear when snap changing and the car wat heavy on juice so tried to adjust the actuator but my consumption down but then power is low and comes in very late en doesnt reach full boost cause then I have to change so I couldn't find anything on the opel forums on how to adjust a actuator so I took to youtube where the do it on a ko4 turbo with preload or something so there is power now and petrol usage is fair coz first I had about 14 comma something litre
per 100km now I get about 11.7l/100km on the short distance that I did just now.
Replaced all suspension parts except lower control arms over the past 2 weeks and yesterday when I went to take my car for alignment they tell me that both my lower control arms are cracked so I replaced my both now and it appears that the clicking sound is also gone and the old control arms both were bent.
Also bought debeerd's wiring (dont know if he is also on the forum) and sensors from his his c20let corsa.
So gonna install that this next 3weeks.

AND NO LUGEN I'M NOT GONNA BUY A

OVER
PRICED
CAR

Minus the forged pistons, bigger compressor wheel and uprated actuator.
