Hey peeps

Here is a thread progress of my car.

First up is the sound install that i did with G-Reddy Sound Installs

Most of the hardware is from my older Corsa D and it was just transplanted into the new car... but this time with added thought as to how to display the AMP's and accessories etc. Neatness was the key factor.

So i had an idea of creating a sort of facia plate to place everything on it so that the wires can be tucked away behind it for neatness.

Installation commences...

After laying the basic wiring and power cables in the car we decided to go get some refreshing inspiration (6 packs ) and on the way we found this amazing rainbow which seemed so close to us... thought we were gonna find that pot of GOLD



Then i got down to applying the sound deadening... this was quiet fun actually, besides the 1st degree burns lol!!!!

Put some on the back board... honestly dunno how much that would help but i put it anyways

1st place for both the 10s and 12s... yup thats right, i enter both classes lol!



Next up...

Carbon Wrap for the roof...

This seemed very easy at first but DAAAM was it a nightmare!!!
spent quiet some time measuring and aligning let alone the actual application of the wrap!!!
Bought the "bubble free" one but is was no where near that lol!!!









Results!!!



Put a Opel Logo Decal as well

Still got a full decal set i want to put along side the higher back end all the way to the front... just need to save some Madelaz for it lol

its looking good Vitesh. certainly achieved your goal, it looks very neat. now if only more people would take as much pride in their installs as you do. Even some shops could work on their neatness. and i agree sterlingesterhuizen on the black roof on a white car, it just workso well.
