I'm Philip from Kathu, Nothern Cape. I bought one of the best cars in SA. It does not look good at first, but there is potential. When you hit OPEL KADETT 200TS on GOOGLE, you will find a pic of this specific car when it was still very pretty.

This is the find. The car is good, f28 gearbox, engine is striped with most of the parts already bought. But I will need help finding some cosmetics.


I need a 1. std TS airbox
2. that plastic TURBO-intake cover.

Please contact me if anyone knows where I can find this in South Africa.

Ekt hulp nodig. Volgens part no. verkil top-gasket van IS en TS engine? kan iemand vir my se, hoe dit van mekaar verskil. daar is nie TS gasket beskikbaar. Hoe nou gemaak?

200is is a 8 valve
The ts is a 16valve
You would have to ask for a 94/95 200ie head gasket or from a superboss, monza 200 cd.

My kar pas nie eers in my garage, space is baie limmeted. dis hoekom hy soo lyk.
maar dit is baie stewig.

this Weekend I had help from a expert to do the assembly. I want it done perfectly. this motor must do 300 000k's and more!! Cleaned all the parts first.

Car has 187 000km's on the clock. Its 0.25 bigger pistons. Car still has allot of work on still!! the body work, worries me allot. In Kathu its not easy to find parts.
