I get what you are saying, but one could argue that what was taking place in that video is torture. I believe in the criminal justice system. He should have been reported and let him have his day in court.

Other countries they cut your hands off for stealing......so i dont see what the big deal is klapping this ou around a bit. Stealing is stealing....and one way or another....they must suffer the consequences. If i get a bra in my yard....stealing something...im gona klitz the ou....tie him to a pole in the yard for the weekend. then phone the police the monday.
