Sent my phone in for repairs last week(speaker distorts), got sms today to collect phone as its fixed.Went to vodashop to collect phone and tested it in shop... Phone speaker still distorts  thanks for wasting my petrol and time

Me too had bad experience there, took my sony ericsson there to have the charging pin fixed, and you know the earphones and charger use the same pin on those models. When I went to go pick it up, they tested the pin and it charged fine, but when I got home and wanted to listen to some music, the earphones were f@#$ed. Tried 3 different sets and on each there was no sound coming out  Took it back and they had to put in another pin. The cherry on top for me was the sales person told the vodashop manager bout the problem and he(the manager) wys the sales guy change the sim card maybe then the speaker will work....OH LAWD! I just shook my head in disbelief...  VODASHOP MANAGER TYGERVALLEY FTMFL!!!!!!

My cell went in for a Software upgrade came back no screen, could not unlock, after two weeks they had to pay for the phone to be fixed at Nokia.
