Go to SMARTLAB official carrier of all S4 and iphones
1day turn around time.

beats claiming for a phone and making 11 trips to the MTN store to get your new handset. in the process yu get told you look dodgey and they are not even going to call the manager for you, you get told the manager will call you later the day and 3 weeks later still no call, then the next manager gets phoned and he refuses to speak to you because he is off duty and tells you to come back the next day, eventually you speak to that manager and he says thats 2 mins out of his family time if he had spoken to me. when i asked what about my 22 hours of family time wasted he cannot answer.

Guessssss what lol! Finally got a Brand new replacement ...took just over 3 months, but finally got it. yorrr... who ever has a issue with there battery in the near future... DONT take it to cell C, hahahaha
