I know there was a few people that went to do their buff and glaze there already. Tomorrow was suppose to be my day, this is how it went down...

Called last month to make a booking but was too short notice so couldnt do it (that was my fault)

Called last week Wednesday to make a booking for Saturday last week, i was told no they dont do it on a Saturday, when it clearly states on my voucher Saturday 9-1pm but ok i accepted that. He then explained that they busy moving premises so he cant do it at his shop any time soon soon so i said ok but my voucher going to expire, so he told me ok he will come to my house to do it which i was very happy to do but it could only be in the week so i would have to first book leave before i can confirm a day, i said ok i will phone back in 2 minutes with a date. Spoke to my manager and got tomorrow and Friday off which was perfect because it would give him a week to arrange whatever he needs to. Anyway so i phone him back 3 minutes later and the phone just rings so i thought ok he probably busy so i call him back the next day (Thursday) again the phone just rings, i called him back 12 times by the end of the day so Friday i call again and the phone just rings again, by this time i was very p!ssed off so i asked my friend to phone and hey 1 ring he answers, so i say ok cool let me try and guess what IT JUST RINGS, she then tries again and he switched his phone off. I then sent an email to Wicount to cancel the voucher and refund my money, they called me back to say they sent a copy to that dude as well for him to comment and call me back to arrange a new date (im still waiting for him to phone me) so i told them its fine im not taking my car to him anymore i want my money back rather.

If you want to be involved with this people that sells the vouchers on your behalf you should run your business properly, i know he gave good service to they guys that went to him its just unfortunate that i did not experience the same because i was really looking forward to taking the UTE for a buff and glaze

edit* i forgot to mention he told Wicount he has no record of me phoning at all, but i called from my work phone and all the phone records shows on my phone, all i could say was WTF

Jody gave me such good service & the buff & glaze also was amazing on both my Ute & the Corsa.
And he also helped me twice on a Saturday as well.
