So I had some body touch up work done too the zaf over the festive season at Deans Auto in parow through my insurance..........Out surance!
Really sad too say that Deans auto gave me crappest service ever.
Enough said............
Stay far away...........
To top it all off, when I complained 2 Out surance about the crap service and workmanship i received from Deans Auto it was like speeking into a brick wall.
Ensurance companies and dodgy panel shops r all kop in 1 mis.
On the bright side........I had a choice between a honda jazz and polo tsi as a courtesy car and yes I chose the polo.
This vehicle really impressed me for a 3 cylinder 1.2t......
Leke nippie and extremely fuel efficient.
1200km on a full tank of petrol.
THE END.................

Sorry about that crap service. Very uncool
Who recommended them to you?

Manfred also bragged about those polo's. He had/has one as his company car

eish bra.

i had endless problems with automagic after my claim through budget nearly 6 years ago.

The telesure group have their own panel shops they use and you have to stick within their group.

never

ever

ever

again.

i hope they sort your cabby out goukyk.

Sorry to hear of the bad service you received from Deans. Honestly this is the first time I've heard of complaints from Deans. I know the shop and the owner very well and always recommend them.

Inbox me with your concerns and i'll see if I can make amends for you.

Cheers.

you don't have to use the insurance company's panel shop, you can opt for a cash payment instead, its is usually less 10 percent but then you can go anywhere you want and with cash in hand you negotiate better rates anywhere else...
