Just a small note: All the new smilies are wonderful and everything, but they're kinda big so everytime I want to click "Submit" I have to scroll fairly far down the screen.

Could someone maybe modify the forum code to have a "Submit" button on top as well?

Edit the PHP code, and copy & paste the "Preview/Submit/etc" buttons' code to the top of the page or somewhere where it's easier to click.

Then we don't need to scroll down to submit.

I think the biggest problem is finding out where the code sits because I think this forum software uses a lot of "includes" statements.

That's what I think needs to happen on a high level, but you'll be able to see how to do it once you have a closer look at the code.
