I watched last night, since I'm undercover Pool supporter since early 80's, it was a sad performance gents. Arsenal, WORSE! Though 2nd leg (at home) to come and only 1 goal deficit. So now, Pool, only couple points above the drop zone I know I kid and go on about Pool, but its getting ridiculous now So, I hope the 3rd most successful manger in the club's history can pull a rabbit out of his hat, coz CLEARLY, the players arent doing it. Jan's almost over . . . Nou wag ek!

LIVERPOOL IS K3K... even blackpool ahead of them! JUST 4 the (opel)RECORD(hehehe) they still have top class footballers the likes of Torres Gerhard Carragher but even with these players they still cant beat BLACKPOOL! WTF!! stop blaming management for the f-ups of the players! the players are on the pitch not the managers... NO1 in liverpool looks dedicated or has a passion for the club or looks like they willing to go the extra mile.... as 4 all soccer enthusiacs MAN U has a slighty above average team yet they on top, ask urself y! the players are dedicated 2 the club and fergie does tolorate Cr@p from any1! not even rooney! so liverpools downfall is due 2 lack or passion and not the manager!

Please Shrek...i beg of you.....STFU on this thread, really!! I dont understand how sum guys with no affiliation to the club always seem to have something bad to say about LFC. I mean the glory days have gone, yet it still seems the football world must have stupid jabs at insulting this great club. Our problems are clear for all to see, it doesnt take rocket science. At the moment its a process...first we needed to remove the old owners, then we needed to remove clueless Roy, now we need to provide Kenny with at least 2 quality players to strengthen the team which is low on confidence atm. Look at the log... If in 2months time Kenny hasnt turned the club around and we are still battling in the bottom half, then i will start to panic...but definitely not yet. So please

The guys have been asked to play a different style, this cannot reap success in a fort night. We are definitely playing attractive/attacking football and I love looking at it. I've heard some Liverpool fans calling for the manager's head after the first game!? Not real fans if you ask me. This transformation in playing style will take some time and I have full faith that it will pay off. The owners & fans, for that matter, must not lose sight of the goal that the manager has set. Yes, it's crap to see your beloved team lose to 'inferior' teams(see Wigan loss), but keep the faith. It took Sir Alex Chews-too-much-bubblegum Ferguson the best part of 5 years to win the EPL title.

Joh... been a long time since i was here, but ja nuh... tough start. When i saw the fixture list come out, i feared for the manager coz to meet Man City, Arsenal and Man Utd in the first 5 fixtures is a very tough start. I have no problem with the manager, i think he is quite brave and has stuck by his decisions... only problem is that once he let 4 strikers / goalscorers (Bellamy, Kuyt, Maxi, Carrol) leave, he HAD to replace them with younger / better quality strikers... which he hasnt. Unfortunately this will be a big problem for the club until Jan transfer window coz i cant see who will score our goals which the play deserves atm.
We had one poor game (West brom), we should have beaten City and had we taken our chances, should have beaten Arsenal yesterday.
I will only judge after January, if we manage to sign at least 2 strikers... but its gonna be a very tough 4 months.

Lol many pool fans here heh. Hard luck guys. Positives to take from the game are that Alan and Sterling look really good, and there were moments of real class. Reine sucked though, Borini I'm undecided on and Sahin didn't even feature. PS. MUFC till I die.
