The event is called UNSEEN BEAUTIES

ENTRY FEE'S
Adults - R35.00
Children (6yrs - 12yrs) - R15.00
Children under 6yrs - Free
Car Entry Fee's - Car's who wish to enter the competition of becoming Cape Town's First Unseen Beauty
Per Car - R50.00
This price includes the following - Entry to the event and entry to one of the Competitions ie. Unseen Beauty Competition or Sound off compettion
Should you wish to enter both the Unseen Beauty Competition
and the sound off cost is R65.00 all inclusive entry fee, UB Comp entry & sound off entry.
Should you belong to a club - Your entry fee is R45.00 per car / per competition - Club to enter atleast 5 cars.
Entry per Bike - R45.00 - This includes entry fee and entry into the Bike show and shine.
We only received 3 Bike entries so far...should no other entries come in by the 15th November 2013 - These 3 entries will each get a small prize and Instead of a Bike show and shine we'll do a Bike park off for all bikes arriving on the day - Spot prizes for bikes arriving on the day.
The reason for this is due to the Cost involved in having a show n shine for only three bikes..bare in mind this in aid of charity...
Spot prizes will be handed out on the day.
Should you / your club wish to enter please indicate in advance to avoid confussion and chaos on the day.
Please note when purchasing a ticket you will be issued with an indemnity form which HAS to be completed and returned.
For the Main Event - Unseen Beauty
we will only be taking 20 entries... First come first served with a maximum of 5 per make / model ie. first 5 Honda's, first five Ford's etc
Food, cooldrinks, snacks will be sold on the day...
Entertainment for kids - Jumping Castle, catch n fish and pop n balloon
We will have live entertainment, DJ's etc
we will also have fun activities for the adults...tug of war, piggie back rides etc...so please dress comfortable and join in on the fun
Last but not Least our venue for the after party has been cancelled due to a double booking - not on our side but the administrators of the venue. Our after party will take place in January / February 2014.
Under NO circumstance will violence be tolerated!!! You will be apprehended. There will be no Burn Outs (Leave this for our next event) No racing in the roads (This will come next year)...You are responsible for your own actions...
