Accurate and timeous administration and processing of client requests. Ensure enquiries are clearly and accurately communicated to the client. Sufficient information communicated to client in an appropriate manner. Confirmation of client instruction per letter or other preferred means of communication. Amend policy records and update client information. Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 Preference will be given to people with tertiary qualification or equivalent.
Experience:
Call Centre experience is highly recommended Administration experience within a financial company.
Knowledge:
We require individuals that are able to fluently communicate in English and Afrikaans. An African language would advantageous. Must have working knowledge and experience regarding the use of computers.

Adverts normally stay up for a week, so in theory 21 Oct ... but because of the nature of the role, many applications are received and often the advert is removed once a certain number of people applied.
