Position Description
Key Responsibilities Receive all post on a daily basis
Scan documents received within 24 hours of receipt
Receive all electronic faxes on a daily basis and allocate them within the service level agreement
File all documents received within 48 hours in the agreed order
Identify all complaints received and report them to the Team Leader or Account Manager
Assist the team with dispatching various mail items when required
Assist teams with work volumes on any adhoc tasks
Delivery of documents to other departments
Accurate allocation of incidents on C-flow within the agreed service level agreement
Investigate unallocated incidents and action them accordingly
Manage daily workload/dashboards efficiently
Highlight problem areas to Team Leaders
Minimum Requirements Grade 12
1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar/ administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Previous retirement fund experience will be advantageous
C-Flow, MIP EB, PEN, Wizard experience will be advantageous
