Sanlam IT Infrastructure Shared Service provides Information Technology Infrastructure services to all participating companies in the Sanlam Group.
Position Description
Key Responsibilities
Financial support (invoice capturing, payment approval processes, asset payments, financial lease financial transaction, internal Sanlam client billing administration)
Purchase orders (creating, maintenance and queries)
Billing, invoicing and reconciliation with specific focus on Telecommunication expense base
Provisions management
Assist senior team members with queries
Invoicing to Sanlam internal clients
Budget input to systems and variance management to budget and previous year expense base
Reconciliation and monitoring of control accounts
Minimum Requirements
Experience and qualifications requirements:
- An Appropriate Financial Qualification diploma or studies towards B.Com degree (all 2nd yr subjects completed)
Strong recommendation but not prerequisite:
- Previous experience in Technology Industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Sound accounting principles and Accounting as a major
- History of achievement
