Position Description
Key Responsibilities
human resources administration support and coordination with regard to:
-recruitment, selection and induction processes
-appointment, transfer, promotion and termination process
-job evaluation and disciplinary hearing processes
-related HR reporting
handling client queries relating to HR processes, policies and systems
diary management and travel arrangements
general office management:
-payment of accounts
-stationery management
Ad hoc support
Minimum Requirements
HR or Administration related qualification
3-5 years HR administration experience
a good understanding and knowledge of HR related processes and systems
experience in SAP will be advantageous
computer literate in MS office i.e. word, excel and power point
