Kensington Civic Centre is directly across the street from the Police Station.
Streetview can show you exactly where it is; cnr 11th ave and factreton ave

The area is not half as bad as people think.

The area is not dodgy, police station is 20m from venue. We organised security for the vehicles. The police stated that they will also do patrols every half hour upon our request. Check the venue out on google earth. Its on the corner of 11th ave and facterton ave. Please check it out 1st before assuming the venue is dodgy. :duim:
