Be prepared guys – 2012 is a leap year, containing an extra day on February 29th - traditionally the day when women can propose to their men.
February is always a romantic month with ❤ Valentines day ❤ on the 14th – and now with this added leap day that prompts many proposals – we will be seeing a lot more red (the colour of love and our buses) than usual.

Speaking of red – our well-known City Sightseeing buses may be red but they are actually very green! In fact City Sightseeing Cape Town has been declared the first Carbon Neutral bus company in South Africa – an achievement of which we are very proud!
Amongst our many green initiatives, City Sightseeing ensures that we:
• Operate a fleet of super low emission Euro compliant buses,
• Recycle all of our waste,
• Minimise our water and electricity consumption, and
• Reduce noise pollution through the use of earphones.
