Thursday evenings are gentle on your wallet and tough on your liver at Rafiki's bar and restaurant, Tamboerskloof Cape Town. Sit and watch the sunset on the 35 metre long balcony with half price cocktails or beer pong league for the more adventurous every Thursday.

Half price cocktails
Cocktails half priced until seven on a Thursday evening with fish bowls (1 liter Jam Jars, 2 liter Tadpole Fishbowls and a gargantuan five liter Grand Daddy Fishbowl).

Beer Pong League
R20 entry per person for the first 32 contestants to enter the semi professional and highly competitive beer pong league at Rafiki's starting from 6pm. Come early as there is usually no more space by 7:30pm. Game kicks off at 8pm-ish (depending on general intoxication levels) winners received R500 cash, pizza & a six pack of beer of choice.

Now there’s no excuse for a dull Thursday in Cape Town. Head on over to Rafikis bar and restaurant on a Thursday evening to start the weekend early.
