This is one of my friends. Having trouble with them...

I kept updates on the earthshattering incompetance of M&L panelbeaters on the audi website. I will now post it everywhere, send a revised version to the papers, every car magazine in sa and i will fight until these assholes lose their audi approval

M&L Panelbeaters (cape town)

I got referred to M&L Panelbeaters by my insurance company Hollard. I was supposed to get my car back yesterday after having a few rubbers and front right fender replaced and having my doors, roof and few other bits repaired and resprayed.
I was supposed to get the car back yesterday at 4:30. They phoned me just before 4 and told me they put my new windows back in without having it tinted, they will do it the next morning and phone me the second it is done. Morning turned into afternoon and i just got the car back a few minutes ago at 4pm.

Problems:
Front fender doesn't line up perfectly.
Scratches on front pillar
Big vertical scratch on roof
Scratches on new tint
Overspray on rear window
And to top it all off, the only control on my door that i can use is my one window, none of the other controls like other windows or mirrors work..

Allow me to add some more faults.

Pressing remote unlock button once doesn't open the driver door anymore
When driver door is open, the display shows the rear door is open
Can't lock unlock any doors with control inside car

I just noticed that the tint they replaced has scratches and the window on my front side has damage.

I phoned audisa and they are investigating the matter.. Let's see if anything comes of this

So the nightmare continues

Took the car back 2 weeks ago on the monday. M&L sent my car to audi to have the electronics that they screwed up fixed. Car stood at audi for the whole week without them being able to fix it. I picked my car up the friday after being told the part audi needed will arrive next monday morning. Took my car to audi that monday. By thursday my car still wasn't fixed, i phoned M&L and they promised to go pick my car up and fix all the sh1t that they caused. I picked my car up the friday after they had 2 days to fix the faults that they created.
Once again i got the car back with more faults than it had....

The paintwork need to be done over AGAIN.
The damage they caused to my window hasn't been fixed.
One more rubber that needs replacing wasn't replaced.
The emergency button for my gps system had a nice black covering that made it blend into the dash. This is gone now, so i now have a k@k ugly white button sticking out.
There is now damage on my passenger side mirror...

How the fu(K can wankers who do absolutely terrible work like this be allowed anywhere near an audi???? How can they have audi approval?????

I haven't heard one apology from them. Now I'm expected to take my car back this monday. This will be the fourth week without my car. The whole job was supposed to take 2 days.
I have never been so frustrated in my whole life.
Can anybody please advise me on a course of action? This sh1t can't be allowed to fly

again - i know people that have had cars and vans repaired by them - everybody is happy with them - but then again that was early in this year - their stds might have dropped towards the end of the year - unacceptable .

uin general most mense in elsies use them . . . .

unfortunate that they screwed up so many things on the okes car - now it seems they trying to patch up but creating more problems - areme outjie
