R1200 would of been better...
What are rowlands manifolds like? reason i ask i dnt wanna destroy my standard intake.. so to buy another one to get cut is gonna be like 650.. then 1600 to get it converted.. 2250 doesnt make scence to me!
Thundercat, havent started yet. Got my silvertop's and my dicktator.. still got to get manifold and maybe cams.. need to port my head sometime aswell... Are you Astra_ec on the OOC forum? Saw a thread bout this on that forum. Anyway i think gains would be much better with cams, only thing is to get billets for my motor would cost in the region of 7K, Im not paying that much for cams, so im gona sacrifice lift and have them cut. With ITB's one can run a wilder cam than normal so deciding on a duration is another debate on its own lol. Yeah 2250 is an unbelievable figure dude!

I know bout stk and their cams but last time I checked with them (Bout 3mnths ago) the cams for the 1800 ecotec was for the X18XE1, the Z18XE cams are shorter if im not mistaken. But will give them a call and check again. Asroc on the OOC forum is currently busy with a Cam regrind and Uni-q chip installation at Goch and cooper, He spoke to proff and corsanostra bout it and they say the Z18XE cams are extremely rare here in SA. One can import them from SBD or have some kent cams brought over but thats alot of $$$. Wont have time this week and beginning next week to go around to all the places, but I will sure let you know if I find out something new about the manifold
