So yeah guys after pondering for years should I do it , I decided to I hit the mid 14sec mark which was my goal for F-series 8v. now my goal is even higher. So 1st of all I fitted new c20ne sub assembly with Ts rods and arp rod bolts with Xe pistons standard bore 86mm pistons so sorry I dont have any pics of those things as my battery was flat . crank /pulleys/rods/flywheel/pressure plate and pistons were all lightened and balanced by DICE (Dave ingle competition engineering) Got a new Elring Head gasket with a 2mm Spacer plate and sealed with Spanjaard copper spray raising the height of the head by 2.3mm. comp should be on the 8-5-1 level about now (following the comp calculator). But I do have a picture of the car going for roadworthy and engine clearance last week and passing with flying colours besides that I need a good steam clean on my under carriage . some pics of my turbo goodies now . TDO6H 20G new Mitsubishi Turbo New External Mr turbo Waste-gate 38mm BLOW OFF VALVE : Genuine Mitsubishi Evo 3 600/600/75 intercooler front mount Courtesy of HARRY SMIT a custom 1.5inch mandrel bend Turbo 8v manifold /New Autogauge Boost Gauge/ Harry Smit Manuel boost controller and new ELRING head bolts. Day 1 stripping of ITBS /branch and bumper . . Day2 fitting of inter cooler with the help of David . and removing head and fitting new gaskets with spacer and new head bolts. End of Stage and day2. Will need to take car to panelbeaters to custom fit the bumper as the inter cooler is massive Now off to Profit tommorow for fabricated sump and boost pipes and 63mm into 57mm system downpipe. and of fto hiflo for oil feeds and oil return and lastly to fast four for vacuum hoses. will post more pics of project once that is done. Ohyes guys for future reference rather save up if you considering this route hell it works our far more then a conventional ITB route. hope it all pays off in the end here are some pics of the build .

LOL . @shaggy time for change now but still a 8v. @ mr200is yeah all the work I'm doing self with some help from Davie like with making brackets and welding as I cant weld . I have enough experience with the car already and tired of people robbing me I spent thousands on mensa already. Do alles self now. @Ellie yeah just a tad more but close. Update day 3. Worked till late last night fitting the intake and modified fuel rail with 363cc injectors and water hoses ect . and towed car through to PROFIT at 5-30am this morning here are some pics. Sorry couldnt get lekker pictures of towing the car my BROTHER K!!K perry cause he couldnt see lekker this morning . Will update once brandon starts with the car boost pipes and bends.

My tS must watch out for this thing... lol i already a couple of TS stock ones in NA form wont still mention what happened. The injectors for now will suffice they come out of LUC's buddy AUDI S3 should be fine for around 180 to 190kw.. its BOSCH injectors i cant now remeber the part numbers they short grey injectors Ive been using them on my ITB setup for a while already they bigger the TS injectors. . but yaa I want the car to be a low 13sec if I'm lucky hit the 12s . will then be the only OPEL 8v in this province to have done that. but yeah thats only a dream
