update .

Car has now a 57mm straight system with BOX and and 57mm downpipe
all AEM products stainless steel.
Turbo and new drain flange and fabricated sump is done.

today the boost pipes/waste and BOV will be installed :)
Shame I feel sorry for Brandon cause my CAR got seriously little space
but yeah he making a plan I guess.

had to find to reducers as my inter cooler got 63mm holes
and we need to reduce it to 50mm boost pipes on PANTERA instruction.

here some pics on what is done.

oh and theres a R32 SKYLING next to mine lol looks like VIN DIESAL workshop
he also in there for 63mm system and down pipe.

Another Update, just spoke to Brandon on Profit and he decided to go one size bigger now he made a 63mm down pipe with a 63mm exhaust system one box :).

Thanks @ diablo yes the project is going quite fast but actaully it took years I saved up for 4years already and been waiting patiently to get a MANDREL bend TURBO manifold it took me 4years to get and once the guy MR HARRY said Its mine now . I stopped and said done with the NA route .

here my true dream comes.

I really cant say what to expect on the 1-4mile with 8v Fsieries turbo I dont even think I have heard of or seen a 8v F-series turbo race.

But I'm hoping for on low boost 0.8bar 160+kw but yeah got to wait and see. tmrw I will fit sump and I'll brandon out where I can.

Another Update :(

Ran into a small problem the Intercooler pipes are actually 76mm and to find a 76mm Reducer silicone bend to 50mm is virtually impossible.

So after chatting Pantera he advised that 63mm boost pipes will be ok .

So the new mods are
63mm down pipe
63 aem exhaust system
with 1 57mm exhaust box
63mm stainless steel boost pipes.

We drained all gearbox oil and engine oil this morning and I quickly went through to remove old sump and fit new custom sump.

I took pictures will upload abit later just need to do some work still.

Hopefully car will be done by the end of today .

then I will put timing in tommorow and fit vacuum hoses to XWASTEG and BOV and map sensor start her up.

And beg LUC to get me a dyno date :) to tune .

see you okes soon.

Just FYI, you cannot run any boost on that engine until its tuned, your car is mapped for TPS, which means that you can get close to atmospheric pressure with very throttle on a turbo car. It needs to be mapped for MAP otherwise you will melt your engine before you even get to the dyno if you planning on boosting 0.3 already.

isn't the exhaust running a bit to low to the ground from the turbo?

your car is dropped in front too... I have scraped my exhaust manifold and it is almost inline with the bottom of the chassis

+ it is infront of the tyres so surely the first big speedbump you come accross is going to rip it off?

Or is the angle of the picture just bad? SO it looks lower than it really is? The gap by the sump gives it away

the picture you looking at is correct but the exhaust is loose the downpipe is made tight at all as I was busy removing the sump that moment so yes the exhaust is hanging and no I have scracthed any exhaust of mine and believe my car is super low in front ..

:mzekezeke: sorry man, looked at the picture again, the exhaust can't come through the radiator :spank: . I should have realised it is loose :silent: .

I am also amazed at how fast this project has come along - keep up the good work
