Hi Guys

As some of you know I bought the corsa a few months back. I have done a few things already and tought I would share it with you





Fitted an Oil catch tank


New thermostat


Got some new boost pipes for from the intercooler to turbo still need to do other pipes.

Got a wideband o2 sensor.


Sent the turbo in for a recon, then I got issues ( Smoke and oil leaks , same problem after sending it back 3 times WTF ) damnit . So I sent it to Gaby and he sorted it out one time :woo: no oil leaks no smoke

Then Today I picked up these goodies







Its a amazing car , already a few golf drivers in town that dont like me :haha:

I cant seem to find a 1/8” NPT tap in my area, need it to fit nozzles :frustration:

And if you walk into a store here and ask for a set of imperial drill bits they just look at you like you are crazy WTF

Bought a new water pipe from goldwagen springs arounf the end of march fitted it but since I had to wait for turbo never drove the car. Yesterday I noticed an leak on the new pipe its one of those D.O.E pipes . And if you try to describe it to a spares place it just sound weird lol .



Good thing that Midas in Nigel had one so corsa is on the road again. Now just to get the right tools to fit the kit rofl

Managed to fit the kit :woo:









Had a problem with a boost leak so I had to play detective Blanked pipe where it comes out of the turbo and at the TB.



Pumped it up and found the culpret



Fixed it up but I ordered some more hoses to replace the one where it comes out of the IC and at the top. Should be here tomorrow then I can keep myself busy again.

Also got bored of driving without a radio so I installed a new one and used an old amp I had with a 12" sub rofl not the best but it works




Also have a boost controller on the way. After thats in its dyno time :woo:

Had a mishap on Friday afternoon my fan broke . It seems that it was modified by cutting it and sticking it back together with q-bond.




Picked up a new fan and noticed that it would not fit without modification


Only cut the one support


Made a plate to support it.


In the end it was 100%


Also got a new oil pressure sender unit and the plug that sits on the back of the oil pump going to drill and tap it so I can get oil light on dash to work

Very nice work!!
I also had that problem with the cooling fan,also made a allu plate to hold it,but then in traffic one time,was standing still for too long and the heat from the Branches melted the fan blades completely.. So now i have the 2 10" fans mounted on the front of the radiator,works like a dream,and dead quite when fans activate.

Wired everything up so that the Sport Mode light for the auto box lights up when im on high boost and the switch is very discreet

Checked my pump voltage on idle and


Got some goodies to sort it out today


Started at the back ( made note to clean up after I was done )


Put the relay under dash instead of engine bay, pump was getting power from dicktator relay so I used that feed to trigger new relay.


Soldered the fuse holder for some protection incase the wire shorts out ( made another note to get spare fuses )



Tried to tidy up


At the end I had this on idle


Also got this to install just not this weekend
