If you look up the word customer service you will see Zaki's name next to the word, this guy offers the best service i have experienced in a very long time (and the first time i see a owner this hands on)

I went to pick up my rims from him on Saturday and i was very impressed with the quality of the work him and his staff did. When i took the rims into him one of them had a very bad dent in the lip and was buckled, after Zaki fixed it i cant even tell which rim it was that was damaged lol

I would highly recommend his services to anybody, he also gave me a nice discount because he is one of our sponsors

im not too sure, maybe CA can help you with that, i took it to his branch in woodstock, its directly opposite the goodhope centre where the garage is (i think its a Caltex, i could be mistaken) its on the same grounds as the garage

Zaki gives excellent service. even when not using his service he gives good advice unlike other businesses who feel they don't want to give advice when you are not paying for it.

my experience with him was on a buckled rim, he mentioned that i needed to wait a few days for the repair. when i mentioned i need it yesterday he went out of his way and i had the rim within 2 days ready to collect in the morning. even gave me samoosa's and pies when i was there lol.

will go back to him anytime, but i just don't seem to have wheel problems lol

I used him once before, but was at the Sir Lowry Rd branch. He took 2-3 days to repair a missing piece of the "inner lip" of 1 of my 17" rims. Previous set I had on.
Only thing I thought he would have done was respray the part where he worked on, but he didn't...but I wasn't too hassled with that, it was on the inside anyways.

Went to go check out my rims today & damn! The 1 worker there, put the finished rim against the unfinished rim (well, actually just the lip was done) & what a huge difference! Both rims were clean but the shine on the finished lip was a huge difference to the shine on the others lip.
They say it will all be done by tomorrow.
Anxious to see the finished product 8)

So they were a day late due to power failure in the area apparently...but I didn't mind. Picked my Ute up few mins ago. Im very impressed. The lip hasn't shined like this ever & overall the rim is like brand new. Will get pics up soon.

went to wheelworx again for a buckled rim and rolling of arches.

once again no need to mention it was excellent service. Zaki also mentioned that vmaxx coilovers can be purchased from wheelworx. apart from excellent advice once again also get quite a few laughs from him. customer service at it's best
