he used the NF silver bottle.
when i used one bottle of NF silver on fresh plugs , i had to change the plugs after that tank was empty. the NF silver is recomended only for race days. the black ,blue and red bottle is for everyday use. NF FTW.

Its been a while since I posted, but for those of you wondering the motor is still in one piece :claugh:

So far only had minor issues but that was all on me, so just the weekend before xmas I decide to just see if launch control still works as I havent used it in like 6 months or so, shortly after launch my car sounded like a tractor :think: turned out that the turbo manifold came loose, luckily it was fixed the next day, no launch control since then :ohno:

So 2 weeks ago I saw I still had a bottle NF ultra in the garage, it looked so lonesome to me :think:
After a couple of minutes I decided it was time for some research :pop: knowing that the car was tuned for pump fuel I proceeded to make a strong masala mix, there was a reason I wanted to see what the octane does as when I logged the car I could see it was pulling a little timing, shortly after leaving home my car started to missfire :thumbdown: turned out I messed up the plugs and coils :veryvery: But not to worry sorted that out gou gou :mrgreen: Maybe avgas next :claugh:
I also fitted colder spark plugs, its NGK heat range 7 plugs, to be honest I didnt feel much of a difference but some guys go on so much about these plugs :roll:

Maintenance wise the brakes finaly gave in but decided to to fit stock discs and pads seeing that im now semi-retired :lol: I havent race anyone since I got my car back :mzekezeke:

Duidelik ma se kinnes :wave:

eish bra semi retired lol.........thought u were still gonna play against King Paarl :popcorn2:

Thats true :thumbup: But NF Ultra the silver bottle adapts like in 10 km, where as the others take like 80 - 100 km, by that time my tank empty again :kallit:

You should have a separate pump fuel map and an octane map...
Well thats what the REVO and APR guys run, since they can switch maps on the fly

After some minor changes to the 95 Octane map power is now sitting at 260 kW, this was done at DMS performance on their new dyno.

Image

I decided to compare a few dyno's on the previous map:
Topend = 250 kw
Dynotech = 249 kW
DMS = 238 kW

Will try and get car to dynotech monday or tuesday.
