Awe guys! It's been a while since i posted anything so here goes
My windscreen was a bit worn over the years and had a few chips too so I decided to claim from my insurance. There are two options for windscreen. Either I pay R500-R700 to replace at PG Glass or FREE at Grandmark Glass so i went for free(obviously)
So saturday morning a bakkie and two guys came to my house and replaced my windscreen with a Grandmark Shatterproof windscreen
Now i dont know much about windscreens and therefore to me everything seems in order
Grandmark seems well priced with there glass without insurance and for free even better

Oh ok
Santam also has the replace windscreen with no excess option
But you have to drive out to their fitment centre in Tygervalley & it's not a genuine Opel windscreen that they fit

Grandmark, WD Windscreens, USG are all Cheaper windscreens and they are NOT Genuine Shatterproof but all are SABS approved  WD Quality is the best!! If u want a Genuine Shatterproof Windscreen! u buy it from Shatterproof in Parow near Coke  _________________   10 Ford Bantam XLT 1.6 i

All windscreens are Shatterproof but the PG Glass brand is called Shatterprufe

All Windscreens are Shatterprufe BUT!!! Grandmark, WD Windscreens, USG are not the Genuine thing!!! its a Pirate Windscreen!! PG Glass got NOTHING to do with Genuine Shatterprufe Windscreens!! They only fit it!! _________________ 10 Ford Bantam XLT 1.6 i
