It's a while since I last dealt with them but I have been meaning to post for quite some time.

Well a couple of months ago we had some issues with the parents car and it had to be towed, unfortunately the insurance company of ours didn't like to listen when we said it needs a flatbed truck, instead they sent a towtruck which then damaged the paint on the rear bumper.

Anyway with that aside, the damage wasn't too serious however it was disgusting to look at due to the paint flaking. The car got taken from our place (This time on a flatbed) to M&L Panelbeaters and all I can say is that I am really impressed with their manner of handling things and dealing with customers. Kept us up to date with things and their paintwork was nothing short of brilliant.
The original paint is from 2001 yet their work blends in with the rest perfectly.

The bumper after being towed:

After being resprayed, a little dirty:

And just my luck, a couple months later someone so kindly decorated my Golfs bonnet when I was parked in Rondebosch and I only noticed it once I got home, I really can't understand how people can be such....
Another car to M&L as I liked the way they work and their attitude.

Lovely dents along with paint lifted as if someone took a screwdriver to the bonnet, really disgusted.
Anyway after M&L had their time with the car, I had it back, shining even more than before.
Really pleased with their quality of work, attention to detail and of course the way they deal with their customers.

The place is over in Goodwood, a few streets behind Soundmatch if I remember right, just off Jan Van Riebeeck road.
And yeah that towtruck.. The car is also an automatic, I told them that twice when calling for assistance and clearly stated that it needs to be a flatbed to pickup the car.
You know how some people are. :walkingstick:

Yeah, if I ever call in (did once for my Ute, once for the Corsa B, & once for my dad's ex 1400 Nissan bakkie) I just tell them sorry, wheels not turning...send a flatbed

Luckily the lady that cuts my hair - her husband is the owner of a panelbeater co. & Santam almosts always calls them for towing
