Good evening all i have a question regarding the corsa d 1.4, 02 sensor , Management light went on car continued to drive normal, At home plugged in opcom and received the following codes i would really appreciate any advice as i have given up the car drives normal no increase fuel usage i know , but if i want to trade or sell people wont buy a car with EML on. Please help! Total number of fault codes: 2 (unable to clear) P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Present P0140 - O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Present Took in to Exhaust fitment centre , and o2 sensor replaced with aftermarket GW sensor which I purchased At home attempted to reset via opcom results as follow: Total number of fault codes: 5 P0036 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Not present P0131 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1) (00) - Not present P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Present P0140 - O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Present P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Not present P1133 - DTC P1133 Front Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S1) Too Few Transition unable to clear these codes so its Xmas and new years so couldn't spend any more money waited till now to fix. replaced oxygen sensor with Bosch sensor recommended for car next scan results Total number of fault codes: 6 P0036 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Not present P0131 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1) (00) - Not present P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Present P0140 - O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Present P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (00) - Not present P1133 - <Unknown DTC> (00) - Not present
sensor one was cleaned to no help at all.

Corsa D ... yeah I learned this the hard way. You'll have to replace the sensor 2 with an original BOSCH unit .. not necessarily an OPEL genuine part (which is ~R4500), you can also source it directly from BOSCH (~R2-3k).
